We have access to a vast array of records and sources and can locate people upon request. (We can also perform "background checks" for criminal records, bankruptcies, liens and more).

Probate and Missing Heir Research (for Legal Professionals)
Upon request we will search probate records to locate "living heirs and beneficiaries" of deceased individuals and will verify and document those relationships by researching their genealogy and proving heirship for "estate settlement".
(Includes: Summary Report, Charts proving Family Relationships, List of Sources examined)

Estate Research (for Law Firms and Administrators)
We also conduct "probate estate investigation" for settlement of "unclaimed assets and property".
"On-Site" searches of Probate Records require a minimum of "10 Hours of search time" at $50.00 an hour which is paid as a *
retainer fee of $500.00 "prior to the search". *Additional expenses such as mileage ($0.50 per mile), photocopying, postage, and lodging (if overnight stay is needed) will be explained upon contact for services requested. Expenses usually do not exceed $50.00 for searches near Detroit and anything above $50.00 will be discussed upon request for research services. Payment of additional expenses (mentioned above) will need to be made when the research is completed and before your requested records will be mailed. (please allow up to 2 months for completion of project).
